Kenosha Suspect Was Wanted for Sexual Assault and More

Jacob Blake was the man shot by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The 29 year old had a warrant out for his arrest and was refusing to comply with police orders after allegedly being tased. He then walked around his car, while police had guns drawn on him, and opened the door and reached into his car.

That’s when an officer fired multiple shots.

Extremely violent BLM riots broke out almost immediately and have done an arrogant amount of destruction.

But was Jacob a victim?

From the AP:

Online court records indicate Kenosha County prosecutors charged Blake on July 6 with third-degree sexual assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct in connection with domestic abuse. An arrest warrant was issued for Blake the following day.

And this wasn't his first rodeo. Based on his past charges it's certainly understandable why an officer would not want Blake reaching into his car after resisting arrest.

From the Racine County Eye in 2015:

Jacob Blake, 24, of Racine, was charged Monday in Racine County Circuit Court with one felony count of resisting arrest causing a soft tissue injury to a police officer and one misdemeanor count each of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he will face up to 8-1/2 years in prison and/or up to $50,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, Blake and two women were at the Brass Monkey tavern, 1436 Junction Avenue, Saturday when Blake got into an argument with another patron and pulled a black handgun. Blake pointed the gun at the other man, and the magazine fell to the floor. The bartender told Blake to leave, and he did but then pointed the gun through the window at patrons inside the bar before walking south on Junction Avenue.

You be the judge, I guess. Can we even do that anymore or do we need to listen to the media tell us who is innocent and who is guilty?

  1. PUT HIM IN JAIL FOR HIS CHARGES ALREADY BOOKED Jacob Blake, 24, of Racine, was charged Monday in Racine County Circuit Court with one felony count of resisting arrest causing a soft tissue injury to a police officer and one misdemeanor count each of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. 1. From what I have read and have SEEN in the Filmed Video is a suspect refusing to listen to or obey a Law Enforcement Officer command walking behind him. I believe the Officer was attempting to give the suspect every opportunity to comply. Maybe the Officer was being to nice in trying to get the suspect to comply. Sad, the suspect did not comply. Had he complied, the end result could have been much better. This refusing to comply by suspects always seems to end badly. If the Officers had used their Tazers there would be the objection to tazing. Life could be so much more rewarding if suspects would just work with Law Enforcement instead of fighting, refusing and/of Fleeing.

  2. If you have done nothing wrong just do what the law officer tells you . If I was in a confrontation with some one and they went to their car and leaned in, you can bet my 9 would be ready.

  3. Same old crap. This is the world of blacks. Just like Breanna who was known to be giving drugs to children. She also had a criminal record a mile long, but, the media doesn’t say a word. These people are not human, because, humans don’t act this way & certainly no other human would want to give crowns of honor to these horrible criminals. It is always this same story & that is why Candace Owens talk show host, destroys her on black culture. She knows, only too well, what most of her culture does, consistently.

They want change, but, they are the individuals who need to change their lifestyles that they have chosen…

What kind of example does this teach the children, who watch these crimes occur & then see their behavior honored with crows of glory. There will never be any change until they change, so that their children can learn a lasting, character behavior that will enable them to have different lives.

There are no other words that can be spoken, because, criminals are criminals & by glorifying their behavior, it will only get worse. Now, we have no punishment for these people. What the…… is this world thinking. If this keeps going, nothing will be left except piles of rubbish.

  4. To bad they didn’t kill the bastard now the tax payers will have to support the black bastard the rest of his life through social security and disability the black ass should be catorated a d put in prison.

  5. We don’t need a Justice System, let the rioters and anarchists decide guilt or innocence. Who needs all that fancy due process noted in the Constitution.

  6. Sure he is guilty of these charges But we have to have another way to put these guys down. If there was several police at the scene then they could have taken him down without shooting him multiple times. There has got to be serious retraining of officers to use combo methods to take him down with gunning him.

    1. Did you see the video of the shooting at the Wendy’s in Atlanta? One officer could not even control one of the suspects arms to get it behind his back. If the officers in Kenosha had waited he could have pulled a gun out of the car and possibly shot one or more of the officers. They had tried to taser him. Maybe they could have tackled him before he got near the car door.

    2. Do you know he had a gun and had pointed it several times at people, and the police had tazed him and that didn’t stop him. A gun was found in the car. How much more could the police have done? Go and ask him to hand over the gun?

      1. You are WRONG There was no gun, except those on the officers. AND, there was a mention of him POSSIBLY being tased. That is still an open question. No one deserves to be shot in the back

  7. It seems to me, that if the Court System would have given him 8 1/2 years on the previous assault charges ,he would still be in prison and none of this would have happened. I say, Stop giving welfare checks to these looting ,arsonist thugs. Use that money and give it to the victims of their crimes. I watched a crime story show on TV about a Canadian Doctor who was drugging and raping some of his patients. Canada found him guilty and revoked his citizenship. I think we need to start doing that here. We can give them a choice. Either send them to Saudi Arabia, or, Iran.

    1. amen You know Switzerland is tough on citizenship and behaviors of all races. I had an apt lined up there in ’16 if that child molester HC was elected.

  8. What a shame ! I admit there needs to be police training etc etc. Now you have the Mom of Blake saying he doesn’t want violence – but wait for it , he has a felony warrant for assault , brandishing a firearm, pointing firearm, sexual assault, disorderly conduct, domestic abuse, resisting arrest, was tased which didn’t stop him which usually means he is high on crack or acid, or something, refused to follow commands, someone hollers about a knife, opens the door where he could of had anything in there. NBA (Negro Basketball League) boycotts playoff games in response – pay them too much anyway so who cares, should forfeit the dang season. BUT why the HELL do they not stand for the injustice done to black kids being murdered, black police officers killed, shot, attacked while protecting the PEACEFUL PROTESTS, thousands of people who have lost their livelihoods & businesses to these thugs, but they say nothing?? WTF ? Crooked News Network shows only black people shot or killed by white cops, wonder why they don’t show white people being killed, places being burned, riots’ etc – doesn’t fir their agenda-have to blame the white people, Trump, police, or anyone who doesnt agree with them !!!! Dang PATHETIC !! I’m done, going to get a drink or twelve !! FOUR MORE YEARS !!

    1. And I wonder why they NEVER talk about the numbers of blacks that kill COPS. It’s higher than any other culture. But they don’t want you to know about that.

  9. They never comply, they never listen…
And when they get hurt or killed….it’s always someone else’s fault.
Watch how quickly the media and the blacks paint the lone incident of the white 18 year old shooting 2 people last night in Wisconsin as part of a right wing group of white terrorists numbering in the 10’s of thousands….
    It’s called “deflection.”

  11. Personal responsibility, what a concept. If George Floyd was not high as a kite in public and behaved he would not be dead. Of course the officer who had his knee on his neck was 100% in the wrong.

The one at the Wendy’s in Atlanta. Guy should not have been so drunk that he passed out in the drive through. Then he decided to resist arrest, struggled with the officers and took one of their tasers and ran. Yet he would likely still be alive if he did not turn around and aim at the officer.

And now the one in Kenosha. WTF did he think was going to happen after resisting arrest, obviously not complying with the officers and then reaches into his car. The father should be ashamed instead of whining they shot my son 7 times.

These dumb a**es are just asking for trouble.

  12. With this punk now paralyzed for life from the waist down, he won’t be able to make any more people like him. In a wheel chair for the rest of his life and will probably have to wear a diaper. Sometimes living can be worse than death.

  13. When do these idiots understand if you resist arrest, or refuse to follow an officers commands you mighr get shot? In my eyes that makes you look not only stupid but to blame for what happens to you.

  14. I’m not happy a young man was shot, but on the other hand, when we get stopped by law enforcement it’s appropriate to keep our hands where they can see them. The police have a difficult and dangerous job. They don’t deal with reasonable people every day and over time it affects the way they react to simple movements like “reaching into a car” for something the police may believe could be a weapon. Waiting to see what comes out of the car can cost the officer his or her life and that does play into how people get shot. I’ve been stopped and a gun drawn on me so I understand the fear, but I moved slowly and I held my hands up so the officers could see they were empty. It kept everyone safe.

  15. When will knuckleheads like him realizing resisting arrest is a potential hazard to one’s life and limb?
Let the lawyer handle the charges.

  16. When confronted by a dangerous animal, you either die or put the animal down. The old saying,”I rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6.” Stop blaming police, the majority of them do the right thing, one second of hesitation on their part and they don’t go home after their shift.

  17. You are missing a couple of very important points. First, Mr. Blake did not appear to be threat to anyone. Second, the officer had hold of his shirt when he just started shooting him IN THE BACK. Also, there were 3 kids in the car. Officers should be aware of the entire situation. This was not a sudden occurrence but a sustained encounter, The officers on the scene should have been able to secure Mr. Blake without the use of deadly force. He was not a threat to anyone at the time he was shot. So, you can side with whomever you want but your positioning of blaming the victim , in this case, seems quite farfetched.

  18. Another sainted man just like George Floyd. Both studying for the priesthood. Good religious men of unquestionable character. Yep and I have bridge in New York you can buy on the cheap[ and get rich from tolls. Contact me at 285-574-4800 (Bull shit oo)

  19. How can anyone wearing a badge in this day and age just simply give the benefit of the doubt to people who openly resist police officers in the line of doing their sworn duty. 90% of the trouble between cops and suspects would NEVER come real issues if these stupid asses would just not try to resist detention or arrest! Especially if the suspect has a criminal record like this man!

  20. The man got what he asked for he was tasked and still went for his gun police knew his history and had every right
To believe he was going for a GUN
