Unprecedented Leak: Roe v Wade Supreme Court Opinion Leaked

Leaked documents confirm that the Supreme Court is more than likely going to overturn Roe v Wade. Yes, you read that right. I’ll give you a moment to compose yourself.

Politico leaked an initial draft opinion that confirms the Supreme Court will overwhelmingly likely overturn Roe v Wade. Justice Alito said that “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.” He stated that it does not reflect the constitution or our nation’s commitment to protect natural human rights.

This leak is unprecedented. There has never been a premature leak of a Supreme Court opinion. The Washington Examiner is calling it an “unprecedented breach of Supreme Court norms.” There is no word yet on an investigation and potential consequences for the source of the leak.

The Washington DC police have already set up barriers outside the Supreme Court.

Currently, several protestors have gathered outside of the Supreme Court at 10:30pm. Some members have engaged in verbal altercations.

The good news is, Roe v Wade is likely going to be overturned. The bad news is, these leaks may have unforeseen impacts. Some are worried about death threats and even opinion changes before final votes. An important point to remember is that overturning Roe v Wade is only a small step in the right direction. It only gives legislative power to the states. Making abortion nationally illegal is not on the table yet.

  1. Row vs Wade NEVER should have happened in the first place. SCOTUS overstepped its bounds by ignoring the 10th Amendment:

TENTH AMENDMENT: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This is a state issue, not a federal issue. In Michigan, if Roe gets overturned, we return back to the law on the books that abortion is banned in our state. YET, we have a Leftist AG whom says she will not prosecute anyone who gets an abortion.

Isn’t it nice to have Leftists in positions of power where they can pick and choose which laws they want to enforce??
