Dr. Carson appeared on Sunday’s broadcast of Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” in order to voice his opinion on the COVID vaccine for children. When show host, Maria Bartiromo asked whether he thinks young children should receive the COVID-19 vaccine, Carson responded emphatically, “Absolutely not.”
“The fact of the matter is, the mortality rate for children from COVID-19 is 0.025, which is very similar to the rate for seasonal flu,” he insisted. “And we haven’t been for years and years going through all these things for seasonal flu.”
Dr. Carson’s appearance on the show comes after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced it had approved Pfizer-BioNTech’s vaccine for kids, 5 to 11 years old. The approval is based on a very small trial of 3,100 children who got the shot and 1,538 who received a placebo. Observation of the trial only lasted for 2 months after the second shot. This experiment did not appear to be sufficient due diligence for Dr. Carson, nor should it be for anyone.
“Plus, we don’t know what the long-term impact of these vaccines is, so this is really sort of a giant experiment,” Carson explained. “Do we want to put our children at risk, when we know that the risk of the disease to them is relatively small, but we don’t know what the future risks are? Why would we do a thing like that? It makes no sense whatsoever.”
A discerning mind like Carson’s can see right through these big pharma schemes. Hopefully, there is a large population of parents who can still think clearly as well. The decision to give these shots to small children is not about health, rather it is the direct monetization of fear.

There is already evidence of disproportionate higher rates of mis carriage in young pregnant vaccinated women, and higher PSA COUNTS IN YOUNG vaccinated males. That young age group of healthy male and female has virtually no threat of mortality from COVID. Pushing the vaccine on that group and young children is absolutely CRIMINAL. And they should be held responsible.
The decision to give these fake genetic altering vaccines to our children has nothing to do with their health and well-being. It is strictly about the greed of Big Pharma and the politicians and health organizations (NIH, CDC, NIAID, FDA) that serve Big Pharma. This was a planned for profit pandemic. I have done extensive research on the origin of both the virus and the vaccines and it was all planned. Wake up Americans you are being played and your personal health is being jeopardize!!!!
Absolutely ! Why get a “vaccine” that does not cure the virus. It is like the flu shot, repeatable every year so you won’t get the virus as bad, maybe. Hasn’t been proven and no telling what the side effects will be. Not me, thank you very much.
Disagree with his opinion. It is more of a politician than a Medical Doctor. The vaccine will decrease the rate of children getting mild and critically sick and also decrease the spread of COVID infections in children and adults.
Vaccines are develop with different techniques, if you don’t want to get one with newer techniques and want to use one made with older and traditional techniques similar to measles, mumps, zoster etc, etc, Check with your pediatrician to recommend the traditional method technique, but don’t neglect to cover your kids against COVID.
I had worked as an Emergency Pediatrician for more than 30 years in South Florida and I know clinically and not only by news media or else, the difference between a patient with vaccine protection and one who doesn’t.
