1. I as an American citizen am disgusted by Schumer’s remarks and he should be thrown out of office. The problem seems to be that a different set of rules applies to the demoncrats. Look at what Maxine Waters says and continues to say. And she never has to pay. And because these people consistently get away with these awful things they keep doing them. It’s time we demand they face charges. They are letting the American people down and there has to be consequences. I really think we are heading for another Civil War and i know which side I will be on.

   1. Not only do the democrats get away with these threats that obviously drum up and motivate the lunatics that follow them BUT there have been no consequences. Yet for lies and inuendos by supposed whistleblowers the House can impeach a republican president. They had no proof and no evidence and after several other investigations by those who actually found NOTHING they still proceeded.

      Their own rhetoric is very dangerous and harmful and has resulted in harm to republicans. Remember the ball park practice where a republican was nearly killed after another sitting DNC politician and i believe it was Waters said challenge them in public while she ranted on a soap box to incite the lunatics. It did work and she should have been punished then. BUT NADA happened except talk!.

      A sitting senator threatening two sitting Supreme Court judges to basically impede/extort their freedom to rule on cases in their court is very serious and deserves his removal from his office. He has joined the insane asylum and abandoned his pledge to this nation to uphold the laws and protect the legal citiizens of this country. He should be impeached or resign himself!

      1. Expulsion requires 2/3 of Senator’s or 67 votes. Schumer would no longer be a Senator. No way would that happen with Republicans having only a simple majority.

         Censure requires 51 of Senator’s votes. This is achievable. Schumer would remain in the Senate but lose any and all committee seats that he hold and his position as minority Senate leader.

         There have only been 9 Senator’s that have been censured since the Constitution was put in place. Five of these occurred since 1954.
